Morning Serenity
These morning walks incorporate some form of oriental movement class on either the shores of Reenagross Park or in the Tai-Chi Pavillion depending on weather. The walk of the day is highlighted on This Week at SÁMAS which will be available to you on arrival.

SÁMAS Experience:
This is the journey you embark on when visiting SÁMAS. It comprises of 3 elements, Thermal Suite, Holistic Treatment and Pure Relaxation. We suggest you allow 3-4 hours to fully appreciate the facility.

Thermal Suite
Both the Male and Female spas have heat features specifically designed to enhance their specific needs.

The Male Spa features:

Rock Sauna - A very hot traditionally styled cabin with full glass wall looking out to the woods.
Crystal Steam - Steam room with a large Crystal for positive energy.
Tropical Mist Shower - An experience shower with a chilled Mist, Tropical Rain and Monsoon.
Ice Fountain - A stone bowl filled with crushed ice to gently cool the body.

The Female Spa features:

Laconimum - A very mild sauna styled room with heated body shaped mosaic seats, waterfall feature and full glass wall looking out to the woods.
Crystal Steam - Steam room with a large Crystal for positive energy.
Tropical Mist Shower - An experience shower with a chilled Mist, Tropical Rain and Monsoon.
Ice Fountain - A stone bowl filled with crushed ice to gently cool the body.

Outdoor Vitality Pool
Both the Male and Female Thermal Suites access the Outdoor Vitality Pool with its infinity edge overlooking Kenmare Bay. Featuring five forms of body massage and a Vitality Air Bench where a leisurely hour can be spent enjoying the stunning surroundings.

Treatment Time
Your SÁMAS Experience incorporates a specific number of Treatment hours. At SÁMAS we do not package specific treatments but time giving you the full choice from our full list. This approach offers you a totally personalized experience as you simply reserve time and decide which treatment you would prefer on arrival.

Pure Relaxation
Each area has a glassed welled Relaxation Room with six Relaxation Beds made from Olive Ash wood that once grew on the site. Each bed has an electrically adjustable backrest, Personal Headphones with eight channels of music, fibre optic light infused sheets of glass that change colour like clouds crossing the sky and stunning views of the woods and Kenmare Bay.

LifeStyle Activity
Daily lifeStyle Activities are outlined in our This Week at SÁMAS. These change on a daily basis and can range from Guided Hikes to Leisurely Cycles along the coastal roads. A sample list of activities are available here.
