Pat and Karl Henry return to Park Hotel Kenmare to lead a focused weekend to balance ones body and mind.
Following the success of previous retreats, the weekend will be filled with classes ranging from Bootcamp, Yoga, Tai Chi to Hiking on the Kerry Way. Pat and Karl’s extensive knowledge on personal fitness and lifestyle coaching is incorporated with a series of classes, the results of which are life changing. This year’s retreat introduces Master Drummer Wayne Sheehy who will host The Drum Collective - fun, therapeutic drumming and rythmn workshops to awaken your soul.
